How do I train in critical care echocardiography?

Echocardiography training in the UK is supervised by the The British Society of Echocardiography. Basic focused echo certification can be gained by completing the FEEL-UK training programme. After that the next level of recognised training is full critical care echo accreditation. Depending on your field of practise – FEEL certification may be adequate.  There are other courses which can add additional intermediate skills such as Doppler – but this would be at the discretion of the individual practitioner and such isolated practise is not supported by the BSE.
